When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, company, and the details of your message. We use it to respond to you, evaluate whether an engagement is a fit, and maintain our correspondence. We treat inquiry details as confidential, consistent with the commitments stated throughout this site.

Our contact form is operated by Typeform, which processes your submission on our behalf and may set functional cookies in your browser. Typeform's handling of data is governed by its own privacy policy.

Answers you select in the Transaction Readiness Diagnostic are processed entirely in your browser to generate your results. They are not transmitted to us and are not stored on our servers. They are held temporarily in your browser session and are discarded when your session ends.

We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate site usage, such as which pages are visited and how quickly they load. These tools are designed to work without advertising cookies and do not track you across other websites. Our hosting provider also maintains standard server logs, which may include IP addresses and browser information, for security and operational purposes.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Information is shared only with the service providers that operate this site and our communications: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Typeform (contact form processing), and Google Workspace (email). We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as it is relevant to an actual or potential engagement or as required for our business records, and we delete it when it is no longer needed.
